The Carmel Valley Community Planning Board will meet at 7 pm, on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Carmel Valley Library, (3919 Townsgate Dr., San Diego, CA 92130). Meeting topics include: the Del Mar Highlands Town Center remodel, CVCPB elections and appointments, and the San Diego City Council Redistricting.
