The Carmel Valley Community Planning Board will meet at 7 pm, on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at the Carmel Valley Library (3919 Townsgate Dr., San Diego, CA 92130). Meeting topics include: the Del Mar Highlands Town Center remodel, and an update on the status of Prop C (Pacific Highlands Ranch development.)
